Is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic
Is licensed or will be licensed in the state of Indiana before beginning work.
Responsibilities to Include:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine treatment needs.
Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual patient conditions.
Utilize medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to guide treatment decisions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
Provide education on pain management techniques and promote overall wellness.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards.
